Located near parks, Seal Beach, Disneyland, and SCFAI, Sunny Los Altos is the perfect place to enjoy all that Long Beach has to offer. The home features modern amenities to make your visit convenient and comfortable, including:

The 3-bedroom home is a great place to relax and unwind. With its spacious bedrooms, comfortable living room, and well-equipped kitchen, you'll feel right at home.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and plush linens. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with blackout curtains and a pack n play in the closet if needed. The third bedroom/office has twin bunk beds.

The living room is the perfect place to relax after a long day. With a cozy swivel loveseat and a large couch, you can curl up with a good book or watch your favorite movie. The dining room has seating for six with a backyard view.

The garage is accessed through the backyard and has laundry and beach gear.

We purchased this home to make our time in California fun and easy, and we’ve fallen in love with this Long Beach community!

Los Altos is a safe, family-friendly neighborhood in Long Beach and the property is walkable to parks, playground and restaurants. CSULB is a large university and makes a great jogging path from the property.

What makes this property unique

Sunny Los Altos is an excellent option for guests who want to visit both Disneyland and SoCal beaches. Disneyland and California Adventure Park are a 25 minute drive from the home and Seal Beach is a 10 minute drive away.
