WINTER RENTAL
This fully furnished 1 bdrm/1.5 bath 1st floor vacation style condo at Castle Pines in PGA Village is available 2/01/2024 through 2/29/24. All utilities are included. Lease is $3500 per month with minimum stay of 1 month. Book through ZILLOW for a better price.
The Bedroom has two queen beds, an En Suite bathroom, and a 32" HDTV. The condo also has a 65" HDTV in the living room, free HD Cable TV and high-speed internet throughout the unit, full kitchen (pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. provided) and dining area (seats 4). There are double sinks and a large walk-in shower in the master bath and a half bath for convenience. All towels, etc. are provided.
The unit has a very peaceful enclosed lanai. There are three PGA courses in the facility, and many others throughout the town. The HEATED POOL & JACUZZI facility must be seen to be appreciated and is open until 8 PM each day. The unit is in a gated community with 24 hour manned gate and security.
The condo is just a mile off I-95, so access is simple and easy. It is very close to the Met's spring training games at Tradition Field, restaurants, shopping, theater, bowling, and too many others to list. The beautiful beaches of Hutchinson Island are less than a 30 minute drive.
A key-access laundry room (free) for this unit is just outside the front door of the unit.
