The community was great and the house was nicely decorated. The space and layout worked well for our family of 3 generations. The elevator was a definite plus for luggage and Grandmother. Quiet neighborhood yet just a few minutes drive to everything needed. We did experience some confusion with the location of where to put the trash that wouldn't fit into the trash can at check-out. Our email directions instructed us to take it to a location but we did not have the PIN number to enter and deposit the trash. We were unable to reach the property manager to clarify so we left a message. When we received a call back it was 4 hours later after we had already vacated the property. He explained the email needed to be updated and stated he would go over and take care of the trash.We opted for the linen service, unfortunately the provided towels and wash clothes that were extremely rough. We had to wash all of them with fabric softener before we could use them. Despite these minor issues we would certainly return. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
