Character and charm reside throughout the home with lofted, shipboard ceilings, lavish natural light, painted brick walls, original built-ins, and meticulously curated decor. Modern features include new and vintage furniture, memory foam pillows and mattresses, and smart TVs in the living room, family room, and in every bedroom. The home is equipped with a smart thermostat system, Nest Smoke & CO Alarms, and newer appliances. It's stocked with utensils, servingware, and cookware.

The space is optimal for anyone who wants to enjoy the vibes of this special Chicago neighborhood, including couples, families, friends, or those needing a quiet place to work with the comforts of home.

King Bedroom Suite: The primary suite is on the 2nd level and has an attached bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The room is great for 1-2 people with space for an air mattress or pack-n-play. It features a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress and pillows. The room has plenty of storage with a large closet and original built-ins. A boucle swivel chair provides a cozy reading spot or view of the wall-mounted Roku TV. The room has lovely natural light and overlooks the courtyard. This room does not share a wall with any other bedroom.

Queen Bedroom: This bedroom is on the 2nd level and accommodates 1-2 people with a queen-sized bed and memory foam mattress and pillows. It offers natural light, a TV with Roku, and built-in storage. This room shares a full bathroom (tub and shower) in the hallway with the twin bunk room.

Twin Bunk Bedroom: This bedroom is on the 2nd level and is great for two kids or adults. It includes a modern bunk bed (weight capacity 250 lbs per bed), Roku TV, sound machine, built-ins stocked with toys and books, a mirrored closet, and window views of all the outside happenings. This room shares a full bathroom (tub and shower) in the hallway with the queen bedroom.

Queen Sleeper Sofa: The family room on the lower level has a queen sleeper sofa that easily folds out into the space. Extra pillows and blankets are provided. There is a wall-mounted TV with Roku above the fireplace flanked by original built-ins. A tabletop foosball game and chess board are available. Down the hall from the family room is a bathroom with a shower.

When you enter the home, you're greeted with spectacular natural lighting that fills the space. The open floor plan connects the living room, dining room, and kitchen.

The living room has a 50" wall-mounted smart tv with Roku that sits above the fireplace, leather sectional, and a woven cave chair. Sliding glass door lead to the private patio.

The dining room has a vintage tulip table, seating for 4-6 people, a bluetooth speaker with radio and CD player, and original built-ins filled with arts and craft supplies as well as games and activities.

The kitchen features endless built-in storage, modern appliances including a stocked Nespresso machine, cookware, utensils, dishes and glassware.

As you walk up the stairs to the second level, the extra large skylight continues to illuminate the space.

Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms, a hallway full bathroom, and the primary suite.

Downstairs on the lower level, past the family room and separated by a door is the laundry room with a washer and dryer, full bathroom, and extra storage space.

The homes two outdoor areas include a private patio in the front with furniture for dining or hanging out. The back of the home has a shared, landscaped courtyard. The courtyard leads to the garage—one space is available for compact cars or extra storage (must inquire if needed).

The townhome is in the heart of Lincoln Park in Chicago, nestled on a tree-lined street amongst unique and beautiful homes.

Countless things to do are right outside your door and less than one block away—take a left and you'll find Oz Park, featuring 14 acres including Dorothy's Playground, a community garden, tennis courts, ball fields, and basketball courts. To the right you're immediately amongst a diverse array of shops, nightlife spots, and countless restaurants for quick bites or more elevated dining experiences.

Just a 15 minute walk away is the beautiful and historic Lincoln Park Zoo, the Lincoln Park Conservatory, and the Peggy Notebart Nature Museum. Walk just 10 minutes further and you'll arrive at North Avenue Beach, featuring spacious sands and volleyball courts, with multiple beachfront bars and dining options.

There are also theaters in the area, including the Steppenwolf Theater as well as museums like the Chicago History Museum and DePaul Art Museum.
