Features include a mix of new and vintage furniture, memory foam mattresses, and smart TVs in the living room, family room, and in every bedroom. The home has a smart thermostat system, Nest Smoke & CO detectors, and newer appliances. It's stocked with utensils, glassware, serving-ware, and cookware.
The space is optimal for anyone who wants to enjoy the vibes of this special Chicago neighborhood, including couples, families, friends, or those needing a quiet place to work with the comforts of home.

Countless things to do are right outside your door and less than one block away—take a left and you'll find Oz Park, featuring 14 acres including Dorothy's Playground, a community garden, tennis courts, ball fields, and basketball courts. To the right you're immediately amongst a diverse array of shops, nightlife spots, and countless restaurants for quick bites or more elevated dining experiences.
Just a 15 minute walk away is the beautiful and historic Lincoln Park Zoo, the Lincoln Park Conservatory, and the Peggy Notebart Nature Museum. Walk just 10 minutes further and you'll arrive at North Avenue Beach, featuring spacious sands and volleyball courts, with multiple beachfront bars and dining options.
There are also theaters in the area, including the Steppenwolf Theater as well as museums like the Chicago History Museum and DePaul Art Museum.
