Exactly as advertised. Great location. Responsive hosts. Well appointed, kitchen was nicely stocked - including spices and cutlery. Would definitely stay again. Just remember to fold vehicle mirror in - street is narrow.
Beautiful garden apartment in a great location! Manager was quick to respond and helpful with an issue with the tv. We will look to stay here in the future.
The apartment was perfect for our multi-generational family of 8. For a garden apartment it was bright and cheerful. Our host, Tatyana, was very accommodating and eager to help us with any needs we might have. Communication was excellent and the home was very comfortable. We had a great long weekend in Chicago and at this listing.
This is a wonderful home in the beautiful Lincoln Park/ Park West neighborhood, close to everything! Please note that this is a GARDEN apartment. No outside light, otherwise it was gorgeous, well maintained and the best communication with the owners. I’d stay there again for sure.
Great place along with great location. Only thing I would say is the rooms above are loud, and you can hear any and all noises. Everything else was top notch.
Beautiful home in a premier & vibrant Chicago Neighborhood
This amazing historic home has been beautifully renovated by the owners. The living space is open with plenty of seating for our family and the beds are extremely comfortable. The owners (Tatyana & Dan) were exceptional to work with. Every message, prior to our stay and during our stay received an immediate response. The owners also had many wonderful suggestions for dining & activities for our grandchildren. Situated in the heart of Lincoln Park, we were able to walk to the lake, Lincoln Park zoo, Stan’s donuts, playgrounds for the grandkids, Kingston Mines, Groceries and a target store. We highly recommend this home if you are looking for a Chicago getaway. Five stars for the home… Six stars for the neighborhood and owners!
