The Space:

This is a three-story townhome. The ground floor has the full kitchen, living room, dining room and entryway with bikes. Access to the private patio (outdoor dining table, umbrella, sectional, lounge chairs, sunsetter, grill and smoker) is through the living room. A spiral staircase takes you up to the top floor and down to a finished basement. The top floor contains bedroom #1 (king bed), bedroom #2/office (queen sofa bed, twin bunk beds, dedicated workspace, HD TV), and a full bathroom. The finished basement contains an extra large sectional sofa that converts into a sofa bed, a projector screen and mini fridge. In-unit laundry is located within the basement in a walk-in closet.



Guest Access:

You'll have access to my entire home, and you're welcome to use everything you have access to. There are a few closets that are locked for my personal storage, but you'll have access to the basement closet for laundry and one closet in each bedroom.

Parking: one private parking spot is provided for free. There is additional permit zone and paid street parking available. Permit zone daily passes are available for free upon request.
