Welcome to our beautiful and modern Seaside Villa Alexandria. A new build from 2023, the villa impresses with its modern yet cozy interior and can accommodate up to six people. The outdoor area also offers plenty of space and the heated pool invites you to swim and relax.

If you don't feel like cooling off, you can enjoy the spacious pool area with family and friends over a convivial barbecue evening with the gas barbecue provided.

Inside, too, the modern Seaside Villa Alexandria leaves nothing to be desired. The open kitchen with kitchen island has a fridge with water and ice dispenser as well as a microwave, blender and hot-air fryer. A filter coffee machine is available for coffee lovers.

The open and modern living area is equipped with a dining area, a comfortable couch and a Smart TV. The table in the dining area can be extended from six to eight seats. Wifi is available throughout the house.

From the master bedroom, which is furnished with a king-size bed and a TV, you have direct access to the pool area and your own master bathroom. The master bathroom has two washbasins, a walk-in shower, a free-standing bathtub and a separate lockable WC.

The first guest bedroom is also equipped with a TV and has a queen-size bed.

The second guest room is furnished with two double beds.

The guest bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, WC and washbasin.

The garage can of course be used.

Overall the stay was excellent. The house is first-rate, the interior is beautiful, spacious and very clean, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is good and the neighborhood is nice. Communication with management was quick and helpful.

I cannot express enough how truly magical this place is. It is an absolute gem that I would wholeheartedly recommend. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with an overwhelming sense of tranquility and serenity. It is by far the most exquisite and relaxing place we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. During our week-long stay, my husband and I found ourselves completely enchanted by the beauty and comfort of this haven. Every detail, from the pristine cleanliness of the house to the luxurious feel of the fluffy towels and cozy furniture was just perfect. The fact that the house was fully stocked with all the essentials, from seasonings and spices to coffee and laundry soap, made our stay not only convenient but truly delightful. One of the highlights of our vacation was spending quality time together in the inviting pool, basking in the warmth of the sun and marveling at the breathtaking sunsets from the shaded patio area. The screened-in pool area provided a bug-free outdoor oasis where we could unwind and connect with each other long after the sun had set. It was an experience like no other, and we would love to stay at this location again and bring the whole family next time.

Let's start with....... Would we stay here again: YES maybe for even longer next time. Would we recommend to others: YES we already have. 2 adults 17 nights 7th Oct 2024 This is the most beautiful house, well equipped & really comfy beds with quality soft bedding making for wonderful nights. Internet signal is great, smart TV has lots of choice of apps. Pool is fab, we spent loads of time outside it would be better with a privacy fence up like next door have, as its quite close to a busy road & once the pool temperature got turned up we were in & out of that pool all day. Property is pretty central for shops, restaurants & places to go, Because of hurricane Milton we didn't go out & about much, as even after it was over, lots of places were still shut for repairs. We had planned a chilled, stay home & self cater a lot holiday anyway so it was fine. Great having the tin foil & cling film & a cupboard full of spices & really good quality saucepans, because I love to cook. Property owners had put up metal shutters for the hurricane. They came & took them down very quickly afterwards. Then we could see the true beauty of the property exactly as the photos. Washing machine was used so we went home with clean clothes, laundry liquid is provided & dishwasher pods too. There were just a few little things not quite right, but we told the owners & they will address them, so no need to report them here. We loved our time & could easily of stayed longer.
