THE LAKEHOUSE
Escape to relaxed indoor-outdoor living in this spacious tropical retreat near beautiful Tarpon Springs. Designed for gathering and unwinding, this private villa is perfect for family vacations, golf getaways, fishing trips, and Gulf Coast adventures.

The open-concept layout offers both cozy spaces to relax and plenty of room to connect, featuring multiple indoor seating areas, 4 smart TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi, a large dining and gathering table, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oversized island perfect for entertaining. Step outside to enjoy the private pool and spa, outdoor deck and grill, or unwind by the peaceful lakeside dock after a day of exploring.

Guests will also enjoy the convenience of an in-home laundry room and a dedicated office workspace for remote work or longer stays. The villa includes 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, providing plenty of space for families and groups.

The house is large and well maintained and equipped. The view is sooo relaxing. It’s close enough to downtown historic Tarpin Springs to be convenient, but far enough to be quiet. Very clean.

This property was just as described but better! It was truly a beautiful retreat!! There was absolutely nothing we needed to go out and buy other than groceries!! Renay definitely puts a lot of time and care into her property! Our son and his family stayed with us for a few days and the kids room was definitely a game changer!! The 2 littles were never bored!! The spa and pool were amazing and so relaxing! The lake view is absolutely stunning and sunrise is definitely worth the early wake up! We’ll definitely be back!!

This property is gorgeous! The pictures online do not do it justice. From the quality of the finishings to the beautiful view overlooking the lake, it’s everything you could want for a relaxing vacation. We would highly recommend and come here again.

FABULOUS GETAWAY

Could not felt more at home. The average household does not have what is available to make your getaway GR8. You would have to see it yourself. A must place for a few couples to have aGR8 time. Host was amazing...... Had a minor problem with the internet called and she took care of it in about an hour. Relaxing stay at a gorgeous, immaculate home

This is one of the best stays we've had at a VRBO! The communication was timely, clear, and concise, the home was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures, and everything was very clean, organized, and incredibly well-stocked. They literally thought of everything! We were just in town for a soccer weekend, but since we brought two of our four kids with us and a third drove up from college in Ft Myers, we opted for renting a home over getting a hotel so everyone could have their own space, and this house turned a mundane soccer weekend into a little vacation:) My husband and I, along with our youngest daughter, sat out on the dock with our coffee/tea/juice on a simply perfect, relaxed Saturday morning, and we could've stayed there for hours...it was so peaceful! We ate at one of the recommended waterfront restaurants on Friday night, but we were enjoying the house so much, we decided to order in Saturday night, watch a movie, and sit in the hot tub. Quite simply a perfect stay. Thank you!

Excellent!!! Cannot say enough about the house and amenities. The kitchen and pantry made everything easier to save some money and cook at home. Tons of space for separate families or different ages to enjoy and relax. On top of that the house was beautifully decorated making it feel it even more special. 10/10 would book again.
