Located just two minutes from Downtown Superior and ten minutes from Downtown Duluth, Canal Park and the Lincoln Park district, you will find this cozy home is the perfect base to enjoy the Northland while avoiding some of the hustle and bustle. We are conveniently located off of main roads while tucked into a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for families, work trips and couples.

Short walk to Baskins Robbins, Dunkin Doughnuts, and Perkins. Also, two minutes from Lake Superior and close to many parks for kids!

Bonus - generous off street parking big enough for trucks and trailers!

Easy access to attractions and Duluth

This house has been totally remodeled and is very clean. The snacks, cereal and coffee bar with K-cups were a nice surprise. The only thing that took us by surprise was that the bedroom with the single bed is on the first floor and the bathroom is on the 2nd floor. We had to arrange who slept where so the 3 eighty year olds in the group were close to the loo during the night. This isn't a negative, just a characteristic of an older home. We would stay there again and were pleased with how quickly the hosts responded to questions before our arrival.
