The house was very nice for our girls weekend/bridal shower getaway. The home was very clean when we arrived and it was large enough for all us. We had a great time and would highly recommend this house.
Access to Spirit Mountain was awesome! Quiet and safe feeling neighborhood. All bedrooms and game room as described. Home was clean.Only challenge we had was reaching out to host early on but was contacted 48 hours prior to arrival addressing our earlier questions.Would recommend for sure!
This well equipped house had more amenities than we were able to use on our 2 night stay. The layout allowed for our extended family gathering to have spaces to gather as a group and drift away for solitude. The house is well constructed, and accommodated the variety of bedtimes, while others worked puzzles or completed remote work. The kitchen was well stocked and the coffee supply was appreciated. The location made for an easy commute to Duluth, even with the dense fog.A great stay, thank you!
The house was clean and welcoming. The neighborhood was very quiet (other than the train yard, but nothing to be done about that). Lots of space, pool table and game room were fantastic. Wish it had a washer and dryer, but otherwise perfect.
My entire family of seven was there for a family wedding. The place was spacious clean and beautifully equipped. We were very comfortable and it was everything that we needed.
Host was great. Quick response. Had done missing game room items that we told them about immediately upon arrival and the host came over to replace them right away. House was perfect for our 7 person family! Game room was a hit for our children. Big table for all of us to sit. Eat, and play games! Thank you so much!
The home was the perfect size for our large family of 6. It was clean, had fun games and all the amenities you would expect. The location was quiet and the nearby playground was a lot of fun for our kids. We would definitely come back again and the place provided quick access into Duluth.
This property was a fantastic middle point between duluth and the wedding venue. Clean house with ample activities and games. We would definitely stay again!
The property was clean and had plenty of space for our family. I saw comments about how the rules were "restrictive", but I didn't feel that way. There was a nice laminated binder that answered all questions and provided spots to see in the area. Now for the "quibbles". The instructions tell you to hand wash any dishes if just a few, and run the dishwasher if you have a lot of dishes. The sponges used for hand washing smelled like mildew and probably needed replacing. We also couldn't find any dish detergent for the dishwasher. The refrigerator had an odd odor to it that I couldn't place. The hand soap dispenser in the kitchen was watered down and wasn't useful. The host makes it abundantly clear to contact them if you need anything, as they would prefer to get what you need instead of leaving a negative review. While I appreciate that, I'm not really interested in meeting the host to get supplies; that should happen prior to a guest staying. The few "negatives". There's an active rail yard in the backyard that operates 24/7. So bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper as there are horns and banging train cars all night long. I was also woken up twice due to some machine in a locked utility area. It sounded like an industrial vacuum. Not sure if it was a sump pump, but I slept with ear plugs (after the trains woke me up) and this thing was still loud enough to wake me up. The mattresses are also not the most supportive. Would I stay again? Probably.
We enjoyed staying for the weekend while we spent our days skiing at Spirit. There was plenty of room to spread out, make our own food, and our kids loved the air hockey table!
We all had a great time. We also had everything we needed. Very convenient to the places we had to go to. Only thing I thought they should have central air. Other wise it was great.

Thanks for choosing to stay with us Marilyn! Sorry about the central air, between the mini split and the window units they do keep the house cool.
