Worst Stay Ever!

This property was very dirty! There wasn’t a single cleaning product in the home. There were 2 trash bags under the sink for our entire stay, we had to purchase some. There were no face towels, no laundry soap, no comforts that typical stays provide. Every dish we attempted to use was dirty. The children’s beds had hair all through them. The fridge had to be wiped out it was dirty a full of hairs. I was very disappointed in this property very dated and sofa was in terrible condition and left lint balls on everyone’s clothing!!!! Advice. Invest in your guest experience!!!!!

read before you consider booking!

Our stay was disappointing. The second we walked in the door we were greeted with the most foul smell coming from the kitchen…we seriously thought there was something dead, it was NASTY. There was also mold under the sink. The host did not respond for several hours and the property had no cleaning products so we were forced to buy our own and clean it ourselves. We could not get ahold of vrbo, the host, or the property management company. The host finally sent someone the next day who showed up over an hour late causing us to miss plans we had. The maintenance men said it was the dishwasher causing the smell and the owner is aware and has chosen not to replace it. Maintenance did their best but it ended up smelling like the nasty smell still just covered up with harsh chemicals that gave us headaches. The sheets were stained, the floors were so dirty we had to wear socks or shoes at all times, and the smell lingered the entire stay. The property accommodated our group very well space and location wise, and I appreciate the host sending someone out to try and address the problem, but none of it should of happened in the first place. i wish there was a review that said this before i booked. It would be a really great place if it was properly cleaned and maintained.
