Centrally located in the heart of Oberlin! Walk to College and Conservatory events in just a few minutes! Only one block to Oberlin's most popular coffee shop and the historic Apollo Theater. Just a few more steps and you'll be experiencing downtown's unique shops and tasty restaurants. This craftsman-style home was built in 1911 and has the perfect blend of modern updates & historic charm. A beautiful moss covered backyard garden is perfect for small gatherings and celebrations.

About the space
Enjoy the simple and elegant craftsman-style architecture and details of Moss Cottage. Rooms are flooded with natural light provided by large windows and most have at least two windows each. Except for the kitchen and bathrooms, all floors are natural wood. There is no wall-to-wall carpet in Moss Cottage, just a few stylish area rugs. You can park one or two vehicles next the house in the driveway.

Nice cottage in Oberlin! It is within walking distance of downtown and is great place to stay. For the musically inclined there is a nice Roland Synth with amp/speaker in the living room.

Great Little Place

Great, comfortable place! Spotless place with a great living room for hanging out, reading and just watching TV. Only 2 short walkable blocks to tons of places to eat or grab coffee and pastries! Kitchen is well stocked and the beds have a bunch of warm blankets. Highly recommended!
