Adorable Sweet cozy Mid Century Style Townhome just steps from St. Augustine's historic district, walk to the city's best restaurants, shops, attractions, the historic Castillo de San Marcos, the scenic St. Augustine Lighthouse, and the Alligator Farm.

Walker Charters to Anastasia Mini-Golf is also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
The space
Our beautiful Townhome has two bathrooms and two bedrooms, one of them with a full bed, and a queen sofa bed, and the other one is equipped with a queen size perfect for families or groups of friends.

The living room is bright and airy, with a large flat-screen TV, and a comfortable seating leather sofa bed, which can be used for two more people to sleep.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay and eat together at the original piano table, or simply enjoy the front garden which is perfect for a morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail.

NO PETS ALLOWED. There will be an automatic $500 fee for violation of this policy. Also please note there is an open staircase in the unit. Guests with small children should bring a gate or other barrier for safety.

Guests have private access to the entire house and private outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking for two cars.

Leave your car parked in the driveway and cross the elegant Lions Bridge just 5 minutes away and wander the streets of the historic district on foot, where you can experience this unique city at your own pace, wandering the charming streets, stopping to enjoy delicious bites and an excellent nightlife, also if you want to enjoy a beach day, you will find a essentials beach kit in our place.

We absolutely loved this place. Easy access to all the best food and attractions of St. Augustine while still having privacy. Very clean and up to date. We all loved the way the home was decorated, something neat everywhere you looked. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay there again.

This is a lovely home, well maintained, and tastefully decorated. The street feels safe and is well within walking distance of historic St. Augustine. It is perfect for two individuals needing separate rooms, for two couples, or for a couple with children.

This place was really clean and was the perfect location. Just a short walk over the bridge to the historic district that has great restaurants or a quick drive to the beach. The interior decor had amazing antique furniture and decor . We would absolutely stay here again. The dedicated 2 parking spaces were a big bonus as parking in these areas can sometimes be a big hassle.

This was our second time staying at their place. It is perfect for the three of us. It's in a good location, close to everything. There were upgrades made. Which shoes they care about their property. The outdoor living area is very enjoyable. They definitely have green thumbs.

Girlfriend Winter Weekend

We had a nice, relaxing, fun filled girls weekend. Just as VRBO pictures portray, the accommodations were very welcoming, calming, and cozy. If we were to come and need a place to stay we will definitely book here again.

Property was a perfect distance across the bridge from downtown st Augustine, close to the beach, and away from all the crazy bridge traffic. I recommend checking out all of the tucked away spots right around the area during your stay, if we hadn't booked this stay, I would've never thought to explore this side of the bridge! Parking is super easy, and there's really no need to drive anywhere except for the beach or a grocery store if needed. Super easy to contact the host, and our privacy was respected! Definitely would stay here again.

The property was 100% as described in listing. The location was great with numerous restaurants and a brewery within walking distance. The property has the cutest yard and the inside is decorated beautifully. We will definitelybstay here afain when visiting St. Auguatine!

Great location to visit all of St Augustine

Perfect location if you are looking to explore the historic district and the beach. We were visiting to see a show at the amphitheater so it’s close to that also. This is a beautiful little oasis to relax after a day out and about. We really enjoyed hanging outside in the beautiful garden. Everything we needed was provided. Very attentive hosts. Cozy Clean Comfortable Stay

Everything about this place was exactly as described. The host was easy to talk to and very accessible. The place was clean . The bed was comfortable. The host provided everything to make our stay comfortable and we felt like we were at the home of a good friend. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Wonderful

The place was awesome, and just perfect for us to walk downtown, grab grilled cheese (vegan and gf too) at Sarbez, and get delicious breakfast each morning at Creative Juices! It was comfortable and cute. Very beautifully decorated. We sat on the patio in the morning and I even napped on the grass in the sun. Wonderful stay!

What a beautiful place! I loved the layout, upstairs and main floor bed & bath, just the right privacy. A perfect location with my favorite taco & craft beer establishment one block away.We walked over the bridge to the old city every day. A most pleasant experience! Thank you!

The house is beautiful, very convenient located, it is well equipped. I would only recommend to add and extra Beth on the first floor or move down the sofa Beth that is in the second flour

Beautiful, well appointed rental

It was our first visit to St. Augustine and we enjoyed our stay here very much. The house and garden were very nicely decorated with antiques. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was complete with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, etc. The pricing was very reasonable. We were able to walk to the historic district but it was a kind of long walk for a couple of seniors. I'm sure younger folks could do just fine.
