Great location to the beach and pool. The shops inside the community were closed for the season, but we did manage to get some ice cream. The house was clean and tidy. Dave, the host was very responsive to questions and comments

The property is located in an ideal area for being able to travel to the variety of beaches. When arriving it the host responded within minutes given that there are various codes in order to access amenities such as the golf cart and pool area. Shopping and restaurants are conveniently located within minutes.

Family vacation

The house was nice and was just like the pictures. This was our first time in port st Joe. If you like a quiet beach this is the place for you.

Close to beach

Loved the unit we rented and the golf cart made getting around so much easier. Two of the bikes were in need of some maintenance so we were only able to use 2 of them. But all in all, a great vacation.

Great beach house

This was a great rental. The house was clean and had plenty of space. The neighborhood is right on the beach. The golf cart rental is convenient. The pool is resort style and in the neighborhood. The shops and restaurants on the boardwalk are fun. We would love to come back! The interactions with the management company were all digitized/automatic. This wasn't a problem for us as they provided us with all of this information we needed.
