Charming Vintage Remodeled House - Great Arcadia Location - Fenced Grassy Oasis!
Cute central Phoenix 1950s bungalow - 3 beds 2 baths, newly updated with fun & original vintage features. Fully remodeled in 2023 with a new primary suite addition. Kitchen and Bathrooms are all new, with custom tile and new fixtures. The kitchen retains a vintage mid-century feel with retro turquoise cabinets and quartz countertops. Bedroom windows are dual pane for a quiet night of rest. Mattresses are brand new memory foam, bed linens are high quality 100% cotton with hypoallergenic duvets - all linen is laundered with Free & Clear detergent after every stay. We use no plug-ins or air fresheners for those who are sensitive. We offer high speed wifi and smart Amazon Fire TV's in the living room and 2 bedrooms. Charging stations and white noise machine in bedroom. Ceiling fans in all rooms. We provide hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and plenty of clean towels! We provide toilet paper and paper towels as well as cleaning supplies and detergents. We also have a washer/dryer for guest use.
Located in the “chicken neighborhood”, go for a stroll and feed the free-roaming chickens - if you’re lucky you may also see peacocks, rabbits and guinea fowl. Close to all the Arcadia dining hotspots, and convenient to Old Town Scottsdale, Central Phoenix, 15 min from Airport, easy access to highways. Fenced Backyard with citrus trees. Covered parking. So many dining options are nearby in Arcadia!
The backyard is a peaceful urban oasis with many birds, mature citrus trees and green grass. There's a covered patio for sitting out enjoying the weather, with a BBQ grill and firepit table for guests. Relax in the hammock swinging under mature shade trees.
Dog Friendly - please let me know if you are bringing a pet, not to be left unattended unless crated. I can loan a crate if needed.

Why they chose this property
Arcadia Lite is a great area, so many options for dining out and everything within close reach. The neighborhoods have a quaint, eclectic feel with lots of trees and greenery and there's always plenty of people out and about walking and biking.
What makes this property unique
Fully remodeled with Retro touches, keeping some of the original 1950s vintage features but with everything renewed. The backyard is a peaceful oasis in the middle of the city, the grass and mature trees attract a wide variety of birds and the occasional lizard. Also, you can expect the occasional visit from a chicken or two.
