You'll want to bring family & friends. This is a beautiful, newly remodeled 3BR, 3 BA home with a beach theme with amazing outdoor activities for the price of a hotel room. Relax at this beautiful & peaceful place. Foodies - cook & entertain inside or outside. Fully stocked kitchen, right down to spices and condiments. Two outdoor grills with stove top burners. House sleeps eight people.
Even the Jacuzzi, seats 6+ with an incredible water view. Watch movies & sports on the large outdoor movie screen from the jacuzzi. Enjoy all of it under the huge covered lania w/outdoor bar & grills.
Something for everyone right here in the backyard! Relax in the hammock. Feeling a little more frisky? Then you'll love that there's lots of backyard activities including corn hole, yard ball pong, and at night - marshmallows and/or smores over a campfire with the most Amazing Waterfront & Skyline view you’ve ever experienced. You can fish right from the backyard too! Snook lights attract the fish and we have fishing poles and all the fishing gear ready for you. Including bait buckets and there's a live bait store in the neighborhood, just around the corner. Free use of kayaks with life jackets, flat bottom canoe, and paddleboards! Launch directly from the backyard.
Direct river and Gulf access from the backyard dock. Bring your own boat (free dockage and boat ramp) or rent our boat and/or jet skiis.
A short & scenic 18 mile drive to Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Island or Captiva. Our laundry room is chock full of everything you'll need for the beach - portable chairs, umbrella, a cooler, even a beach boom box, boat/beach shoes and snorkeling gear.
Three day minimum short term stays and longer term snow bird stays are both welcome!
