Summerplace bungalow with private beach access!
This 1961 Mid-Century Modern beach cottage is an amazing home away from home! Our sand road leads to a private access path which puts you right onto our beautiful beach with miles of blue water and white sand to enjoy. The cottage is chic cozy, with a high end European kitchen, two full baths with walk in showers, two queen bedrooms, lux velvet and hide seating, with amazing views of orchids and tropical gardens - this is certainly a delightful way to experience Vero Beach and all it has to offer. The gorgeous patio is perfect for al fresco dining and the screened porch lulls you with butterflies and flowers and the sounds of the ocean... grab a book, or a nap or head into town for a foodie paradise, a vibrant arts scene or some fab Ocean Drive shopping! You're going to love it!

Why they chose this property
Summerplace is a small, beachside neighborhood of sand roads, beautiful sea oaks and tropical foliage of all kinds. Our house, Southern Comfort, is 100 steps to our private access beach. It all just brings a touch of serenity and peace and a wealth of friendly neighbors makes it pretty close to perfection.
What makes this property unique
Southern Comfort was built in 1961 in a traditional Mid Century Modern style. It has this cool factor, exposed beams, clerestory and open floor plan that is so right for beach living. Plenty of windows look out over tropical gardens filled with birds, beautiful flowers and always, the ocean and breezes topping off the senses. It's absolutely special.
