This property was a great stay for me and my guests! Very comfortable for us as it was clean, beds were plush, bathrooms functioned as expected, and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances / seasonings for food. The host was great at communication making the stay better with each answered question. It’s also within close range of a publix, target, restaurants, and the St. Augustine beach. Would definitely consider staying here again if in town!

The property was great! We enjoyed our stay at this property. The only downside is not having a TV in the bedrooms- but it was not a deal breaker! Property was very clean, parking was easy, kitchen had everything we needed. Beautiful and very budget friendly property! Highly recommend.

The house was clean and accurate to the pictures and description. Less than a 5 min drive from getting on A1A or i95 made it easy to plan activities. We used it to host our annual golf trip/tournament. 15 minutes from world golf village and 30min from either Jacksonville or hammock beach resort courses by Flagler.

Short stay

House was in a quiet neighborhood. The guest tub needs a better drain plug. I thought it was great! Enjoyed watching movies with all the channels the home could provide. House seemed like new construction. Had a great cozy feel to it. I'll be back for sure. Thank you

The host was really great with responding and check in was easy. It was a surprise when we got to the neighborhood. It was a bit scary as many of the homes were not maintained outside (e.g. overgrown grass). The property right across looked abandoned. The home itself was relatively clean inside and match the photos inside. I understand why now there wasn't too many photos of the exterior. There needs to be better maintenance of the exterior.
