The house has a direct oceanfront view, with several coral pools always warmed by the Bahian sun. Enjoy the turtle nesting and release season (Nov. to Feb.), full moons with bonfires, and the large tides.
Along the beach promenade, you'll find typical beach stalls selling traditional Bahian acarajés (a type of fritter), as well as kiosks with restaurants offering seafood and typical drinks like fruit caipirinhas (mangaba, cajá, umbu, and cashew) for a select clientele. Within the development, there are also good restaurants with a diverse range of international cuisine.

Within the condominium: restaurants, markets, shopping centres, club, clinics: medical/beauty/aesthetics, schools: surf/kitesurf/beach volleyball/football, van service (transport for parties, events, tours). To the south, approximately 5.0 km: airport, then: summer festivals, street parties, aero club, Barra Lighthouse, Pelourinho, departure point: Morro de São Paulo/islands. To the north, 38.0 km: Praia do Forte, Tamar Project, Imbassahy, Sauipe, Mangue Seco (unmissable).

The rental guarantee chosen by the parties is a minimum security deposit of R$ 1,000.00 (one thousand reais), payable in cash, until the day of your check-in. This amount will be returned from your cash balance upon delivery of the property within the timeframe established in clause four, on the day of your check-out, or mandatorily on the day of removal of all equipment installed in the house, as duly agreed in the contract, in the same state of conservation as delivered to the TENANT, according to the inspection report of utensils and furniture which, upon delivery of the property, must be verified and approved by the administrator or LANDLORD, deducting all contract expenses.
Water and electricity consumption is calculated upon your arrival by reading the metres. The same procedure is followed upon your departure, so you will only pay for your individual consumption during the period, deducted from the security deposit, at the following rates as the utility companies: (Embasa R$ 13.00 per m3 and Coelba R$ 1.50 per kWh).
We provide the house with a complete set of bed linens, table linens, and bath towels, plus a laundry fee of R$200.00. The house includes all the furniture and utensils of a beach house: glasses, cups, plates, televisions, sound system, etc. Upon your arrival, an inspection will be carried out and this set of linens will be provided.
The gas consumption fee will be R$ 50.00.
We have a good TERMS OF AGREEMENT, where our personalised personal information with our signatures will be mandatory. This information can be scanned as attachments and sent by email, or even in person upon arrival at check-in for our mutual security!<
