Great Stay, beautiful house

Wonderful stay for our group of 12 friends. Plenty of space and the activities in the house are a nice touch. House was clean and Isabelle our host was very accomodating and easy to reach. We did feel like the walls were a bit thin and noise travelled easily, but otherwise everything was great

A House Perfect for A Big Group!

This house was perfect for our family needs for the three nights we stayed. It was a little bit of a challenge finding a house that would accommodate 10 adults, however we knew that when we found this house that it fit the bill perfectly. With seven bedrooms, each with either a queen size or king size bed, and several living/den type rooms to relax in, it was a perfect house to host our family for the three nights. The house is located in a convenient location to reach all parts of Denver quickly and easily and because it's on a private cul-de-sac, the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Our hostess was kind and thoughtful providing us with complimentary waters and snacks. I would stay in this house again!

We had a great visit to Arvada. Good location. The house is pretty good for a large group, but not great. Spacious and lots of bedrooms. We had an issue with an upstairs toilet, and we never got hot water to several of the bathrooms. Isabella was quick to get a plumber over for the toilet, so 4 stars for communications, but we shouldnt have to call about a toilet not flushing and cold water in shower. The landscaping in back had not been mowed or tended to in months. But we enjoyed the patio nonetheless.
