Gorgeous views overlooking Fort Pond Bay and Block Island Sound. Excellent location just a mile from the main downtown of Montauk. Clean, nicely appointed one room efficiency. Perfect for single, couple, parents with 2 kids, ladies or guys getaway! Cool boardwalk on the property for walking and a really nice pool for swimming and sunbathing. Overall a terrific find. Just make sure you bring some essentials like coffee/ tea, paper towels, shampoo/ soap, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, cooler. No washer and dryer.
