If you plan to bring a bike, everything is within biking distance, and plenty is within walking distance. The golf course is just across the street.

Set back from the street, this corner lot property holds a quaint 3-bedroom, 1bathroom house with an expansive outdoor shower and private deck. Outside, find a gently sloping lawn with mature trees & landscaping. Fenced in upper yard for your pets. Lounge chairs are in place for you to lie down and relax after a day at the beach, playing on the lake, or out on the golf course. The wrap-around deck is shielded by wooden slats & various plantings, and combined with the patio area & yard, this property offers multiple choices for outdoor enjoyment. There is a gas grill, and newly renovated kitchen with gas range & high end fixtures. You’ll find the extra bar sink in the kitchen especially convenient for hosting family gatherings.

Come inside and see the beautiful new renovation. It includes high-end appliances, lighting & fixtures as well as excellently chosen furnishings, and a well-planned layout. Tranquility reigns supreme when you’re inside this light-filled home. Sunlight floods the house all day long with two large sliders and plenty of windows. Cozy up on the couch and lounge around the tastefully decorated living room. The homeowner painstakingly removed all nails and blemishes from a 30-year old deck, and transformed those beautifully weathered boards into dining tables, coffee tables, headboards & more. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the house offers two dining tables suitable for 6, one inside and one outside.

The upgrades continue in the bathroom with brand new fixtures, plenty of storage niches & a pleasing color palate. A full sized washer and dryer are downstairs for your convenience, along with ample space in the full basement to store surfboards, paddle boards, golf clubs, fishing poles, and any other gear you may have. The extra side door allows for easy access.

Entertainment includes flat screen TV, generous cable package with tons of movie channels & DVR, WiFi, and wireless speaker.

Accommodations include two bedrooms with queen beds, and a third with a double bed. We have a pack n play available should you need to borrow it. We provide all the linens, as well as beach towels. This home is suitable for one or two couples, one or two small families, or one larger family. Briana lives and works locally and is available to answer any questions you may have about the area, or make recommendations on Montauk’s growing restaurant and entertainment scene, as well as the natural resources that everyone loves Montauk for.

Great house in Montauk

We had a wonderful stay at Bri's house. The house looked even better than the pics and was very clean. The deck was beautiful to sit out on after a day at the beach. There was even a bottle of Rose' chilling in the fridge when we arrived & fresh cut flowers as well. While not right in town/beach, we had no problem parking & Bri told us about the free rides you can take as well. The kids had their bikes and biked into town & the beach daily. Bri was very responsive & a lovely host. We hope to stay again.

Wonderful Experience

Lovely in Montauk

This house is lovely - very clean, well-appointed, thoughtfully designed, and suitably stocked. Briana as a host is great, very responsive and helpful. The house is in a quiet but very convenient location, with great outside space to relax after a day at the beach. My family of four was very comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay in Montauk

We were a family of 5 and the house was just right for us! The house was immaculate and the appliances were all brand new. Seriously I was obsessed with the size of the washer and dryer LOL! 5 minutes from town, ocean and the sound for the sunset! Outdoor shower was perfect and mostly hardwood floors so sweeping up the stray sand was so easy! Can’t wait to return!

Wonderful Place!

We loved Bri’s property so much- it was perfect for our family getaway! She has everything one needs to enjoy Montauk; beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, BBQ, outdoor shower and a metal bucket for beach bonfires! The home is immaculate, has all the essentials, and has a beautiful outdoor space. Beds were so comfy and the shower has excellent pressure. Bri was accessible the entire time we were there and took the time to notify us about events going on in the area. We will 100% stay there again!!! Highly recommend!

Fantastic Location & Great Amenities

My boyfriend, dog and I stayed here for 1 week and WOW was it a fantastic house! I feel like this is a rare gem in Montauk as it is in a quiet area but still perfectly located within a 3-5 min drive to town/20 min walk, a completely fenced in backyard (perfect for the pup) and beautiful deck area to lay out and BBQ/relax. The house could easily fit 6 people and had plenty of space both inside and out. The house had everything you would need, from beach towels and bath towels, to every cooking/grilling appliance you would need. Communicating with the owner was seamless and easy! We look forward to staying here again!

5 Star Property - Super nice host

Bri's property was super clean and in an excellent location near Montauk Downs...very nice neighborhood. Close enough to Montauk's strip and a short drive to Montauk harbor (fishing boats and restaurants). We really enjoyed our stay; Bri has thought of every little detail to make your stay extremely comfortable.

Fabulous house and location!

Modern, clean, well appointed cottage for a week at the beach with our family of four. We cooked a fair amount and had everything we needed. There was also plenty of storage in the closets and bathroom, and a functioning outdoor shower. The location was amazing - a mile from the beach, and about 2 miles from the bay. Plenty of beach chairs and beach towels. Great wraparound patio for breakfast and dinner. The neighborhood was great for running and bike riding as well. Briana was super responsive and helpful. Overall, highly recommend the house and location for a great week away!

Quiet Beach-y Cottage

I stayed in Bri's house for 7 days with a group of friends looking for a fun beach vacation. The house was beautiful and just as pictured! There is a lot of seating options and outdoor space so we were not on top of each other. There was plenty of storage in the bedrooms and bathroom for all of our things. We did a decent amount of cooking in the house and was pleased to see that the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cookware. The house is on a quiet block and ~ a 25 min walk to the beach or town. We usually drove to the beach there is plenty of non-resident street parking by the beach entrance closest to the house. Bri was a great host and very responsive, we would definitely stay again.

PERFECT HOME IN MONTAUK

The house, location, amenities, and cleanliness of the house were all more than we could expect from the website listing. Briana was a great help with a lot of insight of where to go and what to try. Great stay - will be back

Stayed here with my wife and 1 year old for 5 days and had a great time - we will stay here again. The house itself was very nicely redone by Bri and is perfectly located (literally a 5 minute drive to beach, town, or the harbor) and on a quiet neighborhoody street. It is clean, modern, and still homey/cozy. No detail/accessory has been overlooked. Whatever you need, she has thought of it -- whether it is beach gear, cooking/grilling accessories, coffee makers, bikes, even an herb garden. The wraparound deck is really great for hanging out and eating. Bri also gave a very personalized experience - from asking if she could provide a Pack n Play for our son to putting out fresh flowers and a little treat in the fridge and giving us recommendations during our stay. I would point out that there are no beach permits provided, so if you're going to a local beach you have to either park at Kirk Park Beach (public parking by the IGA), or find alternate transportation (she does provide two beach cruiser bikes).

Great house in a great spot!

We had a great time here! Spent a week enjoying the town and the house. Great location, great house with everything one would need for a week at the beach. Brianna took very good care of us and our little dog. Laundry, beach towels, chairs, bikes, a little yard and a sundeck! The kitchen is very well-outfitted. Even fresh flowers on the kitchen table! We look forward to coming back next year!

Cozy beach house

We had a great time here. We stayed in the off season but still had the chance to enjoy the large yard and grill. It's located in a very quiet and private part of Montauk. The house itself is very nicely decorated. The kitchen was really well outfitted and a pleasure to cook in. We would definitely stay here again.

Chic Gem in Montauk Close to Everything You Could Ever Want!

We booked the house as a last minute opportunity for the July 4th holiday based off the pictures and location alone, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. As a long time renter in East Hampton, we were looking for something that was well-located in the center of the action but still offered a premium. modern environment to call home for the week. The house has been renovated from top to bottom, and the interior looks like it comes straight from the pages of a William Sonoma Home catalog. All three bedrooms are a good size with comfortable beds, so there is no need to do a straw pull for the bedrooms that leaves anyone unhappy. The house is the perfect size and quite honestly all you need for a stay. The owner really has thought of everything to make you comfortable and includes all bed linens, beach towels, well appointed kitchen with modern glassware and flatware for both inside and outside, washer and dryer, two beach cruisers to take to the beach, an excellent grill and outdoor cooler, and beautiful ambient lighting for entertaining at home. This came stocked with beer from the Montauk Brewing Company as a welcome gift. There is an amazing outdoor shower with strong pressure that allows you to feel at one with nature. And the house has strong wifi and and all of the cable/movie channels for a rainy day. The owner's parents run the heating and cooling company in Montauk so the air-conditioning is perfect and all showers are the perfect temperature. The house is located near the golf course in a really quiet neighborhood that does not have a lot of through traffic. AND THE LOCATION can't be beat!!! The beach is less than a mile away, the center of town is a half mile, and all of the restaurants and bars you would want to hit are all right there (Surf Lodge, Harvest, North by Northwest, Ruschmeyers, Navy Beach is just down the road, and Gossmans is only a couple miles east). And there are no hassles with security deposit refunds, the owner is very prompt about reconciling this and refunding to you. This house is fantastic, and I plan on renting it again! Thanks Bri for giving us an amazing stay at your property!

Briana was born and raised in Montauk and works full time at the family business. Her dream of owning a home on Fairlawn was realized in the winter of 2014, when she purchased this property as her first home. She has spent much time since tirelessly renovating the property to make it the ideal Montauk escape, updating the kitchen, adding a patio, landscaping, modernizing the space & designing a unique screening for the deck to add privacy. Updated the main bath winter 2020 & updated the outdoor shower & patio spring 2021 and renovated the kitchen and dinning area in 2024.

Why they chose this property

Briana grew up just down the street and always loved the convenience of the neighborhood, affectionately called 'the hood' by she and her friends when they were children. Her parents still reside in her childhood home, and being close to family is very important to her. Fairlawn Drive became even more appealing when her cousin built a house across the street.

This property is close to everything, a short walk to town or even shorter drive to the beach, close to the dock area, and all the shops in town. Fairlawn Drive is a quiet street perfect for a relaxing after a day in town or on the beach. The updated kitchen is perfect for hosting and cooking family dinners together.
