This luxurious and modern unit is a 1br 1bathroom, with a spectacular ocean and mountains views from the 24st floor. The unit comes equipped with all the latest features high end designer furnishings, top of the line appliances.
The ocean front balcony has nice new tile, comfortable furniture and great views of the Marina ocean, and Sierra Madre mountains.
The floors have been decorated with exquisite marble throughout, with modern kitchen and bathroom counter tops. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric griddle & cookware. Washer/dryer in the condo.

This was a great place to stay. We’ve stayed at the Icon many times and are very familiar.This unit is beautiful, and has a wrap around balcony; there were a few small hiccups and we were able to easily resolve one or two of them, and one or two were not resolved. However, it was easy to get a hold of the managers and we worked with them on this!
