Mediterranean Resort Style Living
Charming Spanish style home in historical part of Long Beach, with pool, jacuzzi, in a resort style backyard. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a kitchen that is fully equipped, makes this a great home for small families and couples. 4 guests are included in the price. After that it is an additional $25.00 per guest per night extra. Long Beach quiet hours are from 10:00pm till 8:00am. Long Beach pool/jacuzzi hours are from 7:00am till 10:00pm for VRBO guests. NO parties/larger gatherings, and don’t use my home & yard as an entertainment hub. If you want to have a friend or family member over, no problem, but please give me a heads-up, and let me know how many people will be coming by. My house is located in a suburban neighborhood, and out of respect for my neighbors, I can’t have any loud conduct on my premises.
