🛏️ Bedroom 5: Queen bed + adjoining Full bed room (separated by a door; must enter through Queen room)

Our gardener maintains the grounds every Monday. Thank you for appreciating our green spaces!

📄🔐 House Rules & Requirements:

All guests must sign a rental agreement

For non-Airbnb bookings: credit card hold required (released post-stay if no damages)

Locals will receive a verification phone call prior to check-in

We do not accept Google Voice or service numbers

Early check-ins before 4 PM require host approval

💳📢 Payment & Cancellation:

Reservation fee will show as angiesstays, not VRBO

VRBO only charges their service fee

Cancellations receive 96% refund (4% fee applies)
1. Please note: Cryptocurrency mining is strictly prohibited in the property. Any violation will result in additional charges for excessive utility usage.
2. As a reminder, we kindly ask that all furniture and items be returned to their original positions before checkout, just as you found them at arrival. Please be aware that failing to return items to their proper place may result in an additional fee for the extra time and labor needed to reset the space. Thank you for your cooperation!
