Home is available for large families in need of one roof to share life long memories together.
This house has plenty of room for large groups, 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 3 living room areas, and a pool house. 4400 sq ft to enjoy! Huge open kitchen fully stocked to cook virtually anything. Located in backyard is a 1000 sqft pool house with ping pong, dartboard and large TV with cable. Also outback is trampoline, kids play area, two large BBQ islands with grill and large 8 person jetted hottub
Garage and 3 of 7 closets non accessible. Hanging racks have been substituted. Pantry off limits to.
In most cases the owners are only minutes away unless other wise verbalized to renter. Always available via phone, text or email.
Home located on dead end private court. Large 4 lane with road with ample parking up to 6 large or 8 small vehicles. Great park at end of street one block away for all types of fun. Gas station 1 min drive, Safeway, Walgreens and many others only 2 minute drive. Costco 10 minutes away.
1 mile from grocery store. Gas station 1 block. Home on private court with beautiful park at the end of street which carries additional parking for groups with more than 8-10 vehicles.

We take great pride in maximizing family time with our rental. We welcome all suggestions as we look to always improve your stay. Any issues we would please ask you call is on as we do not want you to have any sort of a negative experience. Your family time is most important to us and you should not have to deal with any problems.
The City of Chico requires a 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) on all rentals.
We require property damage protection insurance on all rentals.

Noise and parking are the only issues for complaints. Noise must be brought inside closed doors no later than 10pm. Parking is only within property lines to include across from home, do not park near fire hydrant (15' California law) and no parking on sidewalk.
Only normal foot wear allowed. Please do not wear any sort of cleat on floors.
All major holidays are a 3 night minimum. Memorial Day, CSU Graduation, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas and New Years. Have a question, ask. We respond quickly. Thank you.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Do not strip beds. Place dirty towels on ground in laundry room. Do not start any wash. Remove all trash from home. Remove any left over food from home and discard. Turn off all lights and A/C units.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We moved here from San Diego early 2014. My wife was from this area while I was in San Diego on active duty (Navy) finishing 14 years FEB 2014. We have 5 kids 3 little ones and 2 older ones proudly serving in the military. We love large family gatherings, traveling to Mexico and San Diego, and hosting amazing guests. We have been so blessed over the years to have had so many wonderful groups come and stay and take care of your home. We truly enjoy the experience of hosting guests.
Why they chose this property
This property was purchased in 2012 by us and since then we have completely remodeled, added and renovated this beautiful home. We love this home so much and have so much fun here with all of our family when it isn't rented which is hard to get time here cause it is consistently rented. This property is so much fun and so amazing that we really wanted to share it with other great families that come to beautiful Chico for whatever reason to enjoy as much as we do.
What makes this property unique
The outside area is so awesome that you may never need to go inside except to cook and eat! Also, the home is located on a cul-de-sac, extra wide street, no traffic and a huge park one block away for kids and family to enjoy. The location couldn't be any better.
