Great place to stay!

Stayed for 5 days and it was perfect. It was serene and relaxing out back poolside, and cool and spacious inside. Kitchen was nice and well stocked. Bidwell Park was close for great bike rides either downtown or throughout the park, or both! Great communication with the host. Would definitely stay again.

House was clean and fully stocked. Great living spaces. Pool and hot tub were clean, beds were comfortable, great location. Lots of fun stuff at the house, lots of books, games, played the piano a bit, more apps than you need on the TV. We had a blast. Definitely a great find and will be back!

Great house with pool and covered patio for those hot Chico summers. Nice double living room with plenty of room to stretch out. Great time with the family and nicely stocked kitchen for home chefs.Great town with lots to do.

Great House for Chico State Visitors!

We used this house as our home base for the 2024 Chico State Parent weekend. We were up visiting our Freshman daughter. It was an excellent location and was perfect for the occasion. Great communication from the host and just a great overall experience. Would recommend for families looking for a similar type of visit to Chico!

Celebrating in Chico

This home served as the gathering point for two families in celebration of grandmas 70th birthday. It was the perfect venue providing ample room for young and old. The pool was refreshing and the neighborhood walk each evening, when it cooled down, was terrific.

Clean & Comfortable

We stayed here fir my husbands birthday. The house was very clean and had all the amenities for a good time. It was lovely to have local family visit and use the pool. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our party of 5. The hosts were communicative and friendly. We would love to stay here again.

Family trip

We stayed for 3 days for Chico High graduation. The house was the perfect choice! The kids loved the pool, hot tub and outside games. The home had plenty of space and everything we needed. The location was super close to downtown Chico. We loved it!

Mildred Avenue House

First off the hosts were extremely friendly and communicative. Very kind and offered lots of helpful tips and suggestions for around the house and in town. The vrbo was immaculate, clean, and had everything you needed to cook, bbq, and more. The house really felt like home and the beds were also super comfortable. Perfect Home for All Ages

We loved everything from the booking to the end of our stay. I’ve never dealt with such a warm, hospitable host as Stephanie. They have thought of everything for their home, even supplying a lighter for the bbq and an ice chest out by the pool. The beds were super comfy and we all had a wonderful time. Graduation Vacation!

We live in town, but we had friends and family visiting for the high school graduation of our son. This weekend getaway was a wonderful place to celebrate! The house is centrally located in town and even more beautiful than it looks in the photos. We had an amazing time barbecuing, swimming, and socializing, and the inside of the house slept our visiting family comfortably. Great communication with the host. Thank you for the perfect send-off venue for our youngest.
