My name is Thomas. My family would love the opportunity to open our doors for your relaxing and enjoyable stay. Let our home's charm and simplicity put your mind to ease. Please, come in and slip your shoes off and relax. Take this opportunity to rest and rejuvenate while on vacation in this cozy home that is nestled on 1/3 of an acre.

The home is perfect for backyard BBQ whiles hanging out while your loved ones lounge nearby and congregate around in the pool.

Here is our newest additions/upgrades we have completed:

-new Ecobee WiFi thermostat
-new Ring Video doorbell
-over 400’ of new top of the line privacy redwood fencing.
-new rain gutters all around
-new high efficiency windows
-We capped these off with a nice new look of “Lake Shasta Blue” paint to our entry door. Welcome to our home!!!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If you could, please start a load of all of the towels and the pillowcases, that would be great.
Leave the front porch light on.
Turn HVAC off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Occupants agree to let pool and yard service providers complete their tasks. Please do not deny them access or hurry them or ask them to return

Great proximity to town in a quiet neighborhood. Home layout flows well with lots of space and comfy seating indoors and out. Especially loved spending time in the pool, having a large fenced yard for our pup, hardwood floors, supportive king bed for restorative sleep, and tall kitchen counters. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable beds and seating, lovely pool with large lawn area with outdoor dining table and chairs, in addition to small dining area and table in the house. Owner was very hands-off. Only negatives were poorly maintained and unfamiliar grill, which we opted not to use, and not the greatest cooking pots and pans. But we made do, and everyone agreed that this home provided a very comfortable and inviting place to vacation together.

AMAZING POOL!

This house has everything you need to enjoy your stay! We absolutely loved the swimming pool and spent most of our time enjoying it. No matter the time of day you can find either sun or shade around the pool and it has many depths and seating areas/steps inside the pool that the kids enjoyed. We had a few questions that the property owners answered immediately. We will be booking again and I highly recommend the house for your Chico stay!

We enjoyed our stay.. the only complaint I would have is there was were no wash cloths and the house had a very musty smelling like it had been closed up for a long time. I have asthma so I had problems with my lungs! But over all it was as very nice. Wish the weather would have been warmer so we could have enjoyed the pool.

A comfortable stay

Couldn't enjoy the pool this time of year, but the lawn in the backyard was great for the dog! The house is well equipped and everything worked fine. Just a few minor recommendations: the lock box is awkward and should be upgraded; the second bathroom has no drain cover and is just waiting for an earring to fall into it; the highly sensitive smoke detector should not be placed so close to the toaster and stove.)

Great Place

This is a great house with a wonderful pool. It isn't heated so keep that in mind if you travel in cooler months. The house had everything we needed. The wifi worked great, I needed good internet for work and school. There was plenty of room for our large group.

Unfortunately, it was too cold to swim, but the place was very comfortable and well stocked for cooking and eating. The binder was a little out of date ( the code for the pool padlock was too many numbers for the existing lock). It was a great experience!

What makes this property unique

We love the large feel of the homes property. The large driveway and RV parking with the large backyard with the HUGE double kidney shaped pool design followed by the abundant sitting areas from front porch bench to back covered patio. The simple charm of this homes interior hardwood floors and homes flow was something very attractive to us.
