Enjoy Beautiful Lake Cumberland from this custom built 3 bedroom, 3 full-bath home. Two of the three bedrooms are primary suites and have full bath ensuites. The third full bath is off the entry. The main level boasts of a large open concept family room, eat in kitchen and laundry room area. There is an additional upper-level bonus space, for family fun and also has additional sleeping areas with two double beds and a sleeper sofa… The home comfortably sleeps a total of 12 guests. Take in the beautiful views of the Lake from inside the house or from the large deck, which has plenty of seating and a flat top grill. If you are Boating…You are just a block away from a small public boat ramp, or if you prefer, you can put your Boat in at Gen. Burnside Island (8min) or Conley Bottom Marina (15min). Ridgeview Lakehouse has ample driveway space and an additional gravel drive to handle your boat and parking needs. However, Boating isn't the only thing to do…Somerset is a short drive with Tons of Dining, Shopping, and Entertainment options. Come and make our Lakehouse YOUR Home away from Home!!!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All garbage should be bagged and placed in the large blue containers. Set the full cans at the end of the concrete drive when you check out.
Leave the front porch and garage lights on when you check out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Parking in the grass. Wide driveway and extra gravel lot allows for plenty of parking, as you can see in our photos.

4th of July

5 adults and 2 kids stayed over the 4th of July. It is a very nice home. Everything you'd need is there. We had a couple small issues, one being that there were a couple days of ants trying to get in the front door and then out of a locked closet in a Guest room. After moving ant traps and trying to sweep and clean them up didn't work, I called the owner and asked if there was anything else we could try to do or if it was a common problem. He got me access to the locked closet and told me where additional ant traps were so we could try to cut them off there. Also, he sent out a pest company within a couple hours to help spray and clean and we had no issues after that. We also only cooked one meal on the outdoor grill and ran out of propane and went to get a refill and made the owner aware of that also. He reimbursed us for the propane and the normal cleaning fee for the issues we had. In a perfect world, no issues would ever come up, but being able to get in touch and get help with these little things showed they cared about helping us have a good time.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood was a NO BRAINER for us. With Lake views, beautiful houses, and a short walk to a small public boat ramp, we knew this was our Lake Escape.

What makes this property unique

We personally stayed in rentals for years before building our Lakehouse. We feel we have the best location and plenty of room for up to 12 guests, with plenty of parking we can easily accommodate 2 boats and several cars...
