Come to relax and/or come to experience the many amenities that Sun Lakes, a 55+ community/resort and surrounding areas have to offer. Great winter weather, manicured golf courses, relaxing pools, lap swimming, water aerobics with heated pools, several community dining facilities including nearby quality restaurants, hiking and shopping are all at your fingertips. You name an amenity, our community probably has it. And a prime location.

The Property
Bright and spacious two-bedroom, two-bath house with large wrap-around patio.
Fully furnished home on a quiet, friendly street.
Primary bedroom: King bed with access to back patio.
Bedroom 2: Comfortable Queen bed with dresser.

Please contact me if more than 2 guests per stay.

Fully-equipped kitchen with most everything you have at home.
Features include family room large screen television, master bedroom television both with internet and Youtube TV streaming service. The included golf cart will take you to all the amenities you could wish for, just a few blocks away.
Walking trail just steps away along sunny lakes with wildlife and spectacular scenery.
No smoking allowed.
Dogs will be considered on a case by case basis.

Karen was extremely helpful whenever we had a question!! The house was bigger and more comfortable than the pictures showed. It was stocked like our home and we felt very comfortable! It was very clean and we loved the large patio with all the bougainvillea and comfortable seating and gas grill. The golf cart was a very fun extra! We would definitely rent here again!! We stayed January through March 2026. Pools and amenities in Sun Lakes were fantastic!

Wonderful stay

Beautiful home, super clean and on a quiet street in a great location. Just steps away from a walking trail that boarders the lake. Host was well organized and very knowledgable about the area. Check in and out was very easy.

Great place to stay

Our house made the check-in process extremely easy even came over and walked us through the local guidelines. We just really appreciated her friendliness and support. The house was great everything you could need very comfortable very clean and we especially loved that we had bikes to use as well as the golf cart to get around the Sunlakes neighborhood! What a great perk we went on a bike ride every day and enjoyed using the golf cart to go to the pools. We would definitely stay here again thank you.

An Amazing Stay

We arrived to find a super, comfy, cozy, and well-equipped rental that was spotless. It was better than we had hoped for. Dealing with the owners was a blessing as they both turned out to be very down-to-earth and very accommodating. We had hoped to rent for longer next year but alas this high quality rental was already booked.

We were moving back to Arizona, from North Carolina, and needed a longer-term place to stay to home shop/get part way through closing. We were thrilled to find Karen’s property in such a lovely location! Karen, herself, came over to meet us to walk us through the house, some of the features, of us, and to make us feel welcomed. The home had everything we needed to work. relax, cook, and enjoy our time. The added bonus? Being able to purchase a pass to use the country club and its facilities (we didn’t take advantage of it, but it was a nice thing to have available). Finally, we took so many wonderful walks at sunset and just enjoyed the fresh air with beautiful scenery. We highly recommend a stay here!
