My friends and I had a great stay at this house for a long weekend ski trip in Vail. The location is extremely convenient as the bus stop to Vail Village is right across the street. We enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen, all the pots and pans are new and in great shape. The house was very warm and cozy, and super clean when we got there. Also, easiest check out instructions I've ever received.

Excellent Stay
What a nice home! The property is clean and inviting, in an easy to navigate location, not far from Lionshead or Vail Village. The pictures show exactly what you'll arrive to. Thankful for all the windows so that we could enjoy the beauty of the area, especially during the changing fall colors/season. A lot of room to spread out, with just the right amenities on hand. The check-in and -out process is a breeze through the App. Communication before and during our stay was perfect. Definitely have this accommodation saved as a favorite and hope to return soon! Thank you.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The location is great with a short drive into the villages and easy access to the free bus. The house was stocked well inside with the basics. I felt they provided more towels, toiletry items, spices etc.. than most vrbos we’ve used. The reasons for a 4 star rating are 1) there was no patio furniture for the deck. There was 1 broken chair, 1 working chair, and a broken railing. The house has a gorgeous view of the creek but we had to go buy camping chairs to enjoy it. We left them there so future visitors can use them. 2) There are no ceiling fans in the rooms and only 1 small fan provided. The day we arrived was extremely warm and the upstairs main area of the house was unbearable. We are from Texas and are used to heat but all felt ill from being overheated and had to leave that afternoon until it cooled off. I reached out to Vacasa multiple times about having some fans delivered. Was first told no because it wasn’t a listed amenity. Not great customer first service. Reached out again and explained the situation in more detail. Was told they’d look into it and get back to me. Never heard from them again. 3 The water shut off 1 night and we found Carolyn’s number in the book on the kitchen counter. She was super responsive so I suggest if you encounter an issue find her number and reach out to her. The Vacasa chat is a joke with zero help. Overall it’s a great house. If they provide some fans and chairs we’d def stay again.
