This charming studio style carriage house is located in the exclusive community of Rosemary Beach. This property has a full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Hardwood floors throughout. This house sleeps 4 with a comfortable king size bed plus 2 twin beds, a sitting area and a private full bathroom. Step outside to hear the fountain running in the oversized courtyard or take a stroll to the beach. Bike paths wind throughout the community and your stay includes 2 bike rentals (for up to 1 week). This community has 4 stunning pools, several parks and plenty of greenspace. The Sky Pool, which is an enclosed, heated pool is a short walk away. Cute cottage

This cottage was cute and great for extra space. I do recommend getting the cottage if you are staying in the main house as parking could get tricky with separate parties. Great stay!

Rosemary bungalow

Perfect location and accommodations for our vacation in Rosemary. Easy check in, bikes and amenity pass were great to access beaches around Rosemary and all the pools. Will be coming back.

Place was very cozy and had everything we needed. One does need to bring their own beach towels of course! Very clean and comfortable space. I do think it would be great if there was a light by the entrance/door for when you are arriving at night but other than that it was a great place to stay. Everything is walking distance from here and it is a beautiful neighborhood. Owner was very responsive when we had a small hiccup (very much on us), it was great to be able to get in contact with her quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Getaway!

Rosemary stay in June!

We had the best time, the Cottage House was exactly as described. Was perfect for me, my husband, 7 year old and even my mom who joined last minute! Perfect location with walking distance to everything. Will definitely be returning!!

Great visit with the hubs!

We had a wonderful stay at Kingston Carriage House - it was perfect for just my husband and I for a quick spring break getaway. Our bed was comfortable and the bikes provided on site offered so much convenience to get around Rosemary. Linda was responsive & offered a late checkout for our late flight out on Saturday evening.

Weekend trip

My husband and I had a great time at the carriage house. The unit was smaller than we expected but it was fine since we were only there to sleep. We also had a mishap with a roach but otherwise a great stay.

Best location

My husband and I brought our two dogs for 3 nights for a little getaway and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Wonderful location with bikes included. We only used the car once! Communication was extremely easy with our host. The space was very clean and had everything you could need. We will definitely be staying here again!

Rosemary Beach carriage house

We loved our 4 day stay here. The carriage house was as advertised and just what we were looking for. Charming, private and dog friendly. The location of Rosemary Beach was amazing. Walk or bike everywhere. Private beach access. Owner was great and easy to deal with. We would come back again.

When we arrived, I could tell by the condition of the stairs that we were in for some surprise’s. Rosemary Beach, as a whole, it’s nice but it’s also filled with teenagers(no parents) and so much traffic. You can’t fully enjoy the bikes, because the tires are flat, but we aired them up. However, my 9 year old was not big enough to partake, but if she was the sheer number of cars and other people on bikes would make it impossible. The neighbors to this property, they have frat parties, with copious amounts of alcohol and bongos- so beware. If you are a small family- beware. If you worry about mold or water damage- beware. The price doesn’t match the quality.

There were some areas that I felt could be improved.

Overall, the place was very charming and cute. However, there were 3-4 light bulbs out (including the one in the shower), there wasn’t much to use in the kitchen and dirty pans in the drawers. There was sand on the floor when we walked in the door and just felt dirty. The bikes had flat tires so we couldn’t use them very much. However, the location was incredible, the place is very small, quaint and adorable. Karen was wonderful to work with and provided us with places to go, activities and codes/access to everything. Thank you!

Very Disappointing!

This property definitely needs some attention. I have been visiting RB for 20 years and I have never stayed somewhere that required this much TLC. Upon arrival the toilet paper holder was broken and hanging off the wall, one of the blinds was broken and didn't work, the smoke alarm was ripped out of the ceiling and missing leaving wires hanging from the ceiling and the ceiling fan was filthy. The description was not accurate, as the fountain was dried up and filled with debris and there was no patio table and chairs as described in the listing. The stairs were very steep and also not mentioned. Definitely posing a problem for small children and older adults. The space was very cramped due to the dated oversized furniture and two cots, which took up way too much room and made it difficult to even walk in the space. The bedding was old and miss matched. The sheets were pilled and very worn. It is also in desperate need of some kitchen items such as some knives, and a working soap dispenser. No where in the listing does it mention that soap or shampoo are not provided. The entire property could use some looking after to say the least. Definitely put a damper on spending my Birthday at the beach!

We enjoyed our stay at the Charming Carriage House. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was great—an easy walk to downtown and the beach. We also liked having access to a nearby pool and fitness center. The king bed was comfortable too, which made it easy to unwind after a day out. Would stay here again!

beautiful and close to everything

Our first pleasant impression was that it was bigger than it looks in the photos! There were 3 of us, including myself, and it was perfect for us. It was clean and has everything you need. Linda and Karen are very kind and helpful. The beach is close by and one of the pools is just steps away. The only problem was that we couldn't use one of the two bikes included in the reservation because it was damaged. However, it wasn't a big problem since we walked everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you! :)
