The perfect vacation awaits you at Frog Prince Cottage in beautiful East Chop, the finest neighborhood in Oak Bluffs. Our fully renovated Victorian beach house seamlessly blends the charm of the island with modern amenities. Wake up to panoramic water views from your bedroom; sip your morning coffee as you watch the ships sail by; bike to the shops on Circuit Avenue and the beauty of Inkwell Beach; or take a 5-minute stroll to Jetty Beach for a relaxing swim. Your night ends in serenity, away from the crowds, with only the sound of ocean waves hitting the shore outside your window. All linens are provided, and beds are beautifully made prior to your arrival.
Our home features a wraparound front porch, as well as a private back deck with a new Weber grill, which is ideal for dining al fresco. A chef's kitchen, cozy dining room, and spacious living room are suited for family gatherings. An outdoor shower, professionally landscaped yard, and private parking are at your disposal. Our home is available year-round, and has updated heating and electrical systems.

The Master bedroom is located on the first floor, has a glorious water view, and a king sized bed.

Amazing stay

We had the best time! The hosts showed amazing attention to detail down to having extra toiletries and brand new beach chairs! The home was so charming and we loved starting and ending our days on the spacious porch with ocean views! The location was perfect with a dead end and a grassy knoll across the street for the kids to play. It was a short and lovely walk to OB center. Highly recommend this home!

Great spot. Lovely views. Very clean and many updates for a classic cottage. House needs a new king bed. Sleeping 9 is a stretch as 3 of the beds are suitable for children only. Limited parking. We had a lovely vacation there and would consider returning.

On our many stays in O.B. through the years, we’d stroll by the house during our sunset strolls. Now we’ve finally booked a stay and it was a perfect. The kitchen worked well for the seven of us. We spent many hours hanging on the porch, enjoying the views. The bedrooms were comfortable, especially with the cool sea breeze. And the location is perfect with a short walk to the harbor and Circuit Ave.
