During the summer months you can relax by the pool or enjoy the hot tub open year round. Hate bugs but want to enjoy the warm summer air? Our screened in back porch is the perfect spot. The cottage is set up with central air conditioning and forced hot air, wood burning stove in kitchen and gas-powered stove in living room. Make yourself at home in this welcoming retreat, where you can relax and unwind in comfort . We are within 15 minutes of Windham Mountain, Hunter Mountain and downtown Catskill. We are within minutes of some of the most beautiful hiking trails and scenic drives in the area. Bringing the kids?! We are only 10 minutes from the well known water park Zoom Flume. Come stay with us and see what our area has to offer. We look forward to hosting you!

Very cozy and rustic, a little quirky. We loved the charm of this renovated historic cottage -- and especially the modern addition of the pool! A perfect spot for a summer getaway. I spent almost all of my time just chilling outdoors. Less than 10 min from a nice grocery store, liquor store and CVS, with plenty of things to do within 20-30 minutes if you need an activity.

Everything was great except the hot tub was not hot so we weren’t able to go in. We were very disappointed since it was the reason we chose this property and especially after skiing we expected to relax in the hot tub.

The property offered a quaint place in nature to relax . The place was better than the photos online . Our Highlight was sitting in the hot tub at night under the twink lights. It was magical!
