Overall exactly what we needed. Lots of space for a big family. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Walking distance to couple local shops. Yard upkeep and mowing the grass needed work, but the kids still ran around. Thank you for a comfy, spacious stay!

Thanks for staying with us. Unfortunately we have had a tremendous amount of rain and we try not to have our lawn guy come if guests are in the house. Lawns got done again yesterday. But thank you for staying with us and the feedback. I truly appreciate it.

The house is pretty and nicely updated. It’s on a quiet windy street. The beds were so comfortable. One member of our party is older and had a little trouble with the stairs. There’s no rail outside and the rail inside is attached to the wall. We had plenty of room to visit eachother and get ready for a wedding in Coxsackie. Which was only 19min away. We enjoyed the front porch too! Communication with the host was easy with prompt responses. The price was great. I would recommend staying here!

Beautiful old home with the comfort of updated appliances and bathrooms. Home has a mix of old and new decor. It was well appointed with everything you need make a meal, dishes, pots, coffee maker and everything else. Washer/dryer towels. The outside was okay could use a bit of a clean up. All and all I would recommend it and stay again.
