Great location, Home Updates Needed
We rented both homes for a family reunion during the 2024 Thanksgiving week. A total of 14 adults stayed and it was very comfortable for all, even had a couple of extra bedrooms that were never used.The location was excellent with lots of eating and shopping options near by. The drive to downtown was very simple and allowed us to do some sightseeing around Memphis.The houses themselves need a little love, though. Many cockroaches were killed throughout the week. Bathroom fixtures were hard to work due to their age. The kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, etc) were not stocked as we have come to expect from doing these reunions for the last 30 years. We received no communication about things to expect during the week (trash pickup, departure duty info, etc), so we were at a loss there.We had a great time as a family during the week and the houses were comfortable enough for all, but some of the amenities just need some care and upgrades before I would give them a higher rating.
