Newly Built Carriage House Apartment! - short walk to downtown Boyne City!

Nicely decorated and newly furnished! Plenty of parking for a boat and trailer. This apartment is conveniently located by Avalanche Mountain with sledding, mountain biking, hiking, and cross-country ski trails. Just down the street is Peninsula Beach on Lake Charlevoix with swimming, splash pad, playground and volleyball nets. Charming downtown Boyne City is just a short walk with wonderful restaurants, shops and the farmer's market. You can enjoy "Stroll the Streets" with entertainment and children's activities every Friday night during the summer. If you like boating and fishing the public boat launch on Lake Charlevoix is less than a mile away.

Boyne Mountain is a five-minute drive, with skiing, golfing, and the Avalanche Bay waterpark. The new Skybridge is the world's longest timber tower suspension bridge, and the view is incredible!

Our one bedroom Carriage House apartment sleeps 2 comfortably with a queen size bed and a queen size sofa sleeper, which has a tempurpedic mattress. All new bed linens and bath towels are provided. Ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room. Central air conditioning and internet. It has a well-stocked full-sized kitchen and a washer and dryer for guest use. Very clean one bathroom with one sink vanity and a shower. Off street parking with driveway for a boat and trailer. This Carriage House apartment is located above the owners two car garage, but it is very private with a separate entrance. There are stairs to the upper level. This apartment is smoke free, and no pets allowed.

This was perfect for the 2 of us. It was super clean and pretty. They even left us snacks and wine. There was plenty of towels and seemed like a stocked kitchen. We didn’t cook but it looked well stocked. When I asked questions, they responded quickly. Would recommend for sure.

Fantastic place and stay.

Very comfortable stay and a great location. Newly built out and very cute. Nice kitchen area, spacious enough living room area for us. Close enough to downtown and the lake to walk but far enough we couldn’t hear any noise from the festival going on there. Will be our first choice to stay when we come back.

I highly recommend this cozy and quaint carriage house in Boyne City. The location is outstanding, the flat is immaculate, but the highlight of the experience is the exceptional hospitality of the owners, Debrah and John. I sincerely hope that our paths cross again. Enjoy!!

Not ready, but will be amazing soon

The rental portion of this house was top notch, and the owners really know how to take care of you. Gotta respect the blue and red folders. However, what was not passed along in the listing was that the first floor was under construction. Property owner was nice enough to reach out and let us know they’ll be wrapping up prior to our arrival, but what we did not appreciate was the crew arriving SATURDAY MORNING before 8AM and start slamming doors and drilling power tools into the ceiling under our bedroom. Would have never expected them to be working on the weekend and if we knew that we would have went else where. We literally only needed a place to sleep in and we did not get that here. Unfortunate for sure, but what are you gonna do. Lesson learned
