Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear the beds were comfortable and the linens felt clean, and we’re sorry to hear about the cleanliness concerns you experienced. That’s not the standard we aim for, even in a pet-friendly home.
To note, we have an onsite team available, and had we been made aware during your stay, we would have been happy to send someone over right away to address these items so the rest of your stay was comfortable. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can follow up with our teams and ensure our standards are maintained. We would love the opportunity to host you again in the future if you find yourself visiting Mt. Hood again!
