Las Catalinas - Studio Cazenovia centrally located, short walk to beach

Enjoy a comfortable stay in this charming studio located on the lower level of a larger home, featuring a private entrance for your convenience. The space accommodates up to three guests and includes a Queen-size bed, a Single sofa bed, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, a microwave, mini fridge, a mini stove, coffee maker, and basic kitchen utensils. A full bathroom with shower completes the space.

The town center and the beach Playa Danta is just a 2-minute walk away.







About Las Catalinas

Las Catalinas was designed like a charming old Italian village, with narrow pedestrian streets, small plazas, and buildings placed close to one another. This creates a lively atmosphere at times, especially on weekends and holidays.

If you're looking for a very secluded or isolated stay, this may not be the best fit. But if you enjoy walkable streets, beautiful architecture, and a vibrant beach-town vibe, you'll love it here.







Beach Club Access

Guests can enjoy the Beach Club (pools, dining, cocktail bar) with the following daily entry fees:

Child Pass (8–12): $15 13% VAT, includes $10 credit. Children under 8 enter free with limited access.

Non-Member LC Pass: $30 13% VAT, includes $15 credit. Reservation required; only for guests staying within LC.

Swim Gym Pass: $20 13% VAT for access 7–10 a.m. (hours may vary).







Parking

At the moment, one vehicle per reservation can park free of charge at the Las Catalinas parking lot. Please note that parking is managed by the town, and policies or fees may change at any time without prior notice.
