Hear the waves while relaxing on the expansive, shaded front porch or watch massive ships come into the port terminal while lounging on the back deck.  Your possibilities are endless! New whole-house reverse osmosis (RO) water filtration plus an additional RO-filtered faucet in the kitchen! An open concept living room opens up into a light and bright dining area and glorious Chef's kitchen - ready for meal prepping and entertaining.  Stainless appliances, built in microwave and plenty of kitchen island space, perfect for all gatherings! Down the hallway, directly to your right, is a convenient, sleek and modern half bathroom. Across is the brand-new laundry area complete with workspace, hanging bar, and stackable high-efficiency washer and dryer. Further down the hallway you will find the sleeping quarters. The bunk bedroom boasts 2 full bunks with a twin trundle conveniently stored underneath. A king guest bedroom is also close by with a Jack and Jill style guest bath setup. Your guests will enjoy double sinks, ample vanity and tub-shower combo. Also in the king bedroom, luxurious bedding and a coastal calm atmosphere await! Complete with a 55" TV and private access to the wrap-around deck, enjoy your favorite cocktail or beverage while watching the ships dock into the port. Beautiful and magnificent! The primary bedroom is your final destination and is it ever! The king-size upgraded bed greets you as you walk into your private retreat. A reading nook, complete with extra sleeping space, is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Primary bedroom also has its own access door to the wrap around deck and large 65" TV. The bathroom is located ensuite with gorgeous quartz counters, sleek and modern tile work, 2 sinks and plenty of storage. A beautiful walk-in shower greets you, and the setup would not be complete without a MASSIVE closet!

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put used towels by washer. Housekeeper will strip beds and wash all linens after checkout.
If needed, please load and run dishwasher. Housekeeper will empty it after checkout.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
