Get the full Chicago experience living right next to the "El" track. For your convenience, we provide individually packaged ear plugs in each bedroom to go along with noise suppressing windows, blinds, and curtains.

You are only 2 blocks from the Irving Park "El" Brown Line station which can get you to Michigan Ave (Magnificent Mile) in 30 minutes and provides easy access to most areas of the city.
Lake Michigan and the amazing Montrose Beach is just under 2 miles away as well.

My wife, Samantha, and I still live in the neighborhood. We love North Center and lived in this building for several years. We love going to the lake, eating at amazing restaurants nearby, traveling, and spending time with our dogs; Jasper and Nike. We have enjoyed turning our home into a place where people can visit to enjoy spending time with family and friends in Chicago!
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is beautiful. The tree lined streets, the people, and the proximity to everything you can imagine is here. There are several events hosted by the breweries throughout the year that are just steps outside our door. During the summer there's a farmers market at the end of the street every weekend. Feel free to ask us about any upcoming events or things to do.
What makes this property unique
It's designed perfect for a quick trip into the city or for staying a week with family and spending time together. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you can imagine (we even have an air fryer). The living room provides a nice open concept so that everyone can spend time together. There's even a cozy sunroom/office for you to sit and enjoy your morning coffee.
