This vacation home features comfortable bedding, convenient off-street parking, and a large Smart TV, ensuring a relaxing stay.

The Space:
Bayside Breeze is the quid-essential "hidden gem" in the heart of South Tampa. The 2BR apartment boasts an open concept layout in the living room, kitchen and two bedrooms tucked away towards the rear of the space. The bedrooms includes a closet, Queen bed, bedside lighting, and a bathroom just down the hall.

The living room offers comfy finishings, a 60 inch Smart TV so you can stream all your favorite apps, an island countertop for dining. Open up the blinds and let tons of natural light flood the room!

The kitchen offers a Keurig coffee machine with complimentary coffee supplies, fridge, freezer, 4-burner stove, oven, exhaust vent, microwave, and all the dishware one needs to cook up a delicious home-cooked meal. Please not that the kitchen does not include a dishwasher.

Guest Access:
Entrance to the apartment is located in at the front door in the front of the house, to the left of the designated driveway.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a quaint, quiet urban neighborhood of SoHo, Tampa.

Getting Around:
Bayside Escape in located in a quiet residential neighborhood just off of Bay to Bay Blvd and about 4 - 5 blocks from Bayshore Blvd. Easy access to crosstown and Dale Mabry Highway.

Other Things to Note:
- There is a shared washer and dryer located in the carport shed. The washer and dryer are shared with the neighboring unit.
- This unit is pet friendly. The pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay.
- Smoking inside the unit or on the premises will result in an immediate eviction and up to $500 fine.

It was cozy & quiet but there was nowhere to put things. The few drawers there were had sheets in them. A few other things that would help:Hooks on back of doors, a small storage shelf somewhere, an iron and ironing board, a mirror for dressing. Also, the 2 rugs in kitchen were dirty.
