New Waterfront Retreat on a canal just a short distance to the St. Johns River!
This 3-bedroom 2 bath home would make the perfect vacation home. Porch to relax on and watch the sunsets over the St. Johns River. Step outside to your bulkhead which will accommodate large boats and fishing. Don't forget to bring your golf cart to this golf cart community, as there are many restaurants just a short golf cart, boat or bike ride away. Bikes, kayak are included along with fire wood to enjoy the outdoor fire pit. Just a quick note. If you have children this is a water front lot and no fence is installed

Nice and clean

It was clean. Washer and dryer were easy to use. The kitchen needs baking dishes (such as Pyrex dishes) and large mixing bowls. It could use more cups and a broom. However overall it was nice. Just needs a couple of things added..

Quiet spot

A quiet little spot to enjoyed the cafe table on the porch for watching the canal and birdlife. We rested well in the comfortable beds, and the extendable dining table was helpful A couple more comfortable seats in the living area of the house would have been appreciated, for visiting. And the kitchen could use some reasonably-sized cups and a few more dishes, so you would actually have enough used dishes to use the dishwasher. Otherwise, the amenities for our stay were just fine.
