About this property
Beautiful waterfront home/ Fish Camp
Beautiful modular home on canal leading to the St. John's River. On a quiet cul de sac. All amenities you need. Large entertainment deck, boat docking, very comfortable and spacious 3bd 2ba with wi-fi and great fishing. The place is very clean.
We have a community boat ramp. We have parking on property for 2-3 vehicles, we also have secured trailer parking for one trailer, 9additional trailer parking may be available during certain times, please inquire.
We enjoy sharing our home to families and are not interested in renting to companies looking to house workers.
We ask for a 3-day minimum if staying without a boat. If you would like to stay with a boat, we ask for a five-day minimum OR request an additional $75. We do our best to make our guests comfortable and enjoy sharing our home. We store our boat at the bulkhead this leaves plenty room to tie off another boat however if you want us to remove our boat it is a $100 fee. If you bring an additional boat (2 boats total) we ask for a $75 fee. Trailer storage $50 one-time fee for each trailer you store during your stay.
This home has an outdoor security camera used only for security purposes.
