The house was clean and had everything you would need, from living room, dining table, kitchen with refrigerator, washer and dryer, tub with shower and two bedrooms.
We had a wonderful stay in this comfortable home. Warm and cozy, just like grandma’s house. The beds were comfy, the shower was super hot with lots of water pressure, and our pup enjoyed the closed-in yard. It was super convenient to downtown Bisbee, and we even got the nice surprise of some sweet treats, waiting for us. We would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Bisbee!
Everything was great except the fridge was not working.

The fridge works. I have my phone number on the desk and always ask the guests in my welcome message to phone me if anything is wrong. They didn't call and it was a simple matter to push the plug a little deeper into the outlet. The "problem" was solved in 2 seconds.

We really enjoyed our stay overall. Our host was very accommodating and replied promptly to any questions or requests.
It was very clean, comfortable, easy access, basically everything that was advertised!! Will look up this same spot the next time we come back to Bisbee!!
This was a great location in Warren near the park. Walking distance to a few coffee shops and restaurants but off the beaten path. Quiet getaway. Thank you!
The house was cozy, but had plenty of space. The house was clean and the bed was so comfy! It was nice being able to cook a few meals and relax on the porch. It was close to downtown and only 30 minutes from Tombstone. We would definitely stay here again.
This quiet, cozy little house welcomed us with warmth; like going home. From the comfortable rest spaces in the livingroom and bedrooms to the clean kitchen and bathrooms with all the necessary amenities, we felt invited into a peaceful setting.
Very clean and comfortable rooms. The host responded immediately when we called with a minor problem… she even brought a small basket of goodies. It was a short walk to Mornings, a great place to eat. It is a quiet place to rest after a busy day in Bisbee. Our only suggestion to consider is to paint the house number in a darker color so it is more visible to the road as we had to walk up to the house to verify we were in the right place. Otherwise, a terrific experience!
The description of the property location was a little deceptive but all and all the stay was nice and relaxing. Two things that could have made the stay a little better was having the bedding made up with linen instead of flannel and the trash emptied before arriving. I would recommend this property to my friends and family,

OMG, the trash wasn't emptied? I am so sorry. This was a new housekeeper and I thought I checked everything before your arrival. I will be changing to the summer sheets this week. I use flannel sheets in the winter b/c night time temperatures drop drastically.
It was a nice neighborhood and a cute place with lots of character, but it could’ve been cleaner. The sheets smelled dusty and not everything was cleaned well. The owner did apologize on her own ( we did not say anything). She refunded us a portion, stating that was not her usual standards. Overall the place was quiet and fine.

I am shocked by this "review". Not only were the sheets freshly laundered they are bamboo, the Cadillac of sheets. The house was clean when she arrived. I think she saw her own dog's fur & dander spread around later. it was all over the furniture and even my Kirby couldn't vacuum it all off the rug, I got on my knees with a sticky lint roller to clean the carpet after she left. I apologized for an item out of place that I thought might have been in her way not for lack of cleanliness.
The landlord was easy to work with. No issues at all. We had 2 employees working down near Bisbee and they stayed almost 3 1/2 months. We will be doing another job in that area and will hopefully be able to rent this house again! Thank you!
It was very clean and organized. There were tiny black bugs on bathroom sink at night but not seen in AM. The blanket on the larger bed had hair and lint and that made me a little uncomfortable. I appreciated the snacks, tea, and coffee - very good. Thanks.

Thanks for your honest feedback and I am sorry you felt uncomfortable. I will immediately restart cleaning the house myself. No hired worker cleans with the love and care I do. I use a natural, pet-and-people friendly pest spray. So I don't understand how there are tiny bugs at night, but I will find a stronger remedy and spray in the evening.
This property is exactly as described. Fenced yard and patio for the dogs was so very nice to have. Even has a small doggie door in the kitchen leading to the small but useful back yard. Quiet friendly neighborhood. Easy to walk the dogs. The house is from the early 1900s and is lovingly taken care of. When we come back to Bisbee area we will definitely look for availability of this home first.
