Welcome to our Northside Condo in Ocean City, Maryland. Has a brand new fully stocked kitchen and full sized appliances. In the living room there is a 50" Smart TV and DVD player. The condo is located on the 2nd floor and has a lovely view of Northside Park and the bay from the balcony. It is a short 1.5 block walk to the beach. The condo also has access to a shared pool on the property. Lots of restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Excellent location!

Great location with plenty of great restaurants and mini golf. Bonus was being so close to the park, and definitely the awesome fireworks display Sunday evening!! Loved everything about staying here.

Our stay was very peaceful and close to many amenities. My husband and I were able to walk to play mini golf and get dinner. Shelia was easy to communicate with. The condo is in a quiet area and matched the description.

Clean condo within walking distance of park and many restaurants!

Sheila’s property was clean and well-stocked upon arrival! She checked in frequently to make sure that all was up to par and ensure that any questions were answered. This property was perfect for our small family as our toddler LOVES parks, and there is a park right across the street. To our surprise, the equipment is even wheelchair accessible! We were also able to walk to grab breakfast, ice cream, etc. We didn’t get to use the pool, but it never looked overcrowded which was a plus! We never had to fight for parking, and everyone we encountered while on the condo property was nice. I would absolutely recommend staying here with a family or even just a couple! It’s nothing fancy, but it’s perfect for a beach getaway. :) Thanks, Sheila!
