This beautiful Villa is in the age restricted, (55 & older) town of Green Valley, Arizona. We are located less than 5 minutes from 3 beautiful golf courses. It sits high above the Santa Cruz River Valley, with amazing views of the Santa Rita Mountains. In the first bedroom enjoy a cozy space with king size bed, sink, mini fridge, microwave, table with chairs, television, wifi, and full bathroom with large vanity. Second bedroom has two queen size beds, walk-in closet, double vanity sinks, tub & shower, washer and dryer, large flat screen TV, with Wi-Fi, fully furnished kitchen and outdoor patio with spectacular mountain views. Enjoy the community pool, hot tub and sauna directly across the street!

We went to Madera Canyon. Once you connect with I-19, it's 10 minutes south. Close. Nice Villa!
