About this property

This Southwestern Retreat has room for your family and friends to gather!

This large and luxurious Green Valley home has been professionally updated with southwestern comfort and beauty in mind. It has three bedrooms, three baths, a great room, and a den. The open floor plan and outdoor living spaces are great gathering places to enhance your time spent with friends and family. Mi casa es su casa; enjoy our walking sticks, games, books, DVDs, etc. There is so much to do and see here. We've compiled a notebook of some favorite adventures to enjoy in the area.

The foyer, living room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast bar are all one large open space. The floor plan is a split bedroom which places one bedroom and bathroom in a separate wing. The additional two bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the opposite side of the main living space. This allows everyone privacy and autonomy. Two of the bedrooms have blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. Wake up to the sounds of bird song and views of palm trees.

Enjoy the mountain view and voluptuous roses from the front courtyard and a back patio that has both a covered and an open air area with tables and chairs for reading, dining or bird watching.

The house is adjacent to two of the seven local golf courses.

This house is located in a 55 and over community. One occupant must be 55 or over. The house is an easy drive to:

This home has been in our family for forty years. We both grew up in Colorado and although we have spent many years in the Shenandoah Valley on the east coast, this desert community is a place we love to return to year after year.
