Lovely beach but…

Overall the stay was alright - very loud and close to the airport. Neighborhood was not awesome. Beach was lovely.

PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT

This place is absolutely spacious and convenient. Pool onsite, beach onsite, 24 hr store and restaurants accessible nearby! Sergio ALWAYS available for help if needed and is so understandable.

Ideally Located - 250 FT to the BEACH

This is a ideally located property if all you want is to be able to walk to the beach and then at night enjoy the restaurants of other nearby upscale restaurants like Cana and Meat Market right next door. CLEAN the beds were confortable and love that there are 4 queen beds and are nicely made. The downside to the property is the WATER PRESSURE - almost non existent but this is par for the course as I have experienced that from ALL properties that we have ever stayed at

Nice place

Very comfortable inside and a good location with lots to do nearby. I would stay here again. My only disappointment was when I think Penthouse and ocean views, I think of a balcony where one can sit and look at the ocean. This one does have a partial ocean view but the property is at the back of the tower closest to the street rather than closest to the ocean.

Pictures are deceiving

The building is run down. it is not the beautiful building shown on the listing. the actual building is outdated, dirty and contains dark, leaking hallways. I did not feel safe and opted to stay at the Royal Sonesta instead.

Great place for a family!!!!!

I stayed here with my family for 4 nights. The condo is very nice has some up dates. Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper you.can hear traffic noise,blaring music and also hear planes because you're right next to the airport that was a plus for us we love airplanes watching them take off and land. Sergio, got back to me within a reasonable amount of time and was super nice. Check in and out was easy and simple. The only draw back would be I requested a handicap bathing chair for my disabled mother and it was not provided.
