Great house/location but some cleanliness issues
Beautiful home in a great location for visiting many national parks(Zion, Bryce Canyon, even North Rim Grand Canyon). The altitude was a benefit for the weather, but make sure to prepare for it. Check-in was tough as the code didn't work, but were able to get in touch with a very helpful person and finally used a different code to access. Bigger issues were many very dirty pans and dishes that resulted in us cleaning everything we used first. A couple had caked on remains of food on the entire pan, so had not even been washed at all. Other issue was a live mouse found in the master bathtub the morning we left. On further inspection, it looked like the issue was known about as a towel had been stuffed around the pipes going from the bathroom into the garage, but the mouse must have made its way up anyway. There were mouse droppings everywhere and I am very glad I found this the last day and not the first. Beautiful house and location, but just the few little details that caused the time to be less than a 5-star experience.
